Arvig

Established in 1950, Arvig has grown from a small, family-owned telephone company to
one of the largest independent telecommunications providers in the nation with over 700 employee-owners.

Arvig’s over 3,500 route miles of fiber in Minnesota stretches from northern Minnesota, through Minneapolis/St. Paul, to southern Minnesota, near the Iowa border. Arvig also has a construction division that builds all of their own fiber and can offer greater control of the customer’s experience, especially when a fiber build is required.

Arvig owns and operates 14 rural LEC territories in Minnesota, and sprinkles in CLEC territories in the remainder of the state with customers in 45 of Minnesota’s 87 counties.
