    We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Mark A. Venuto to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of US Network as of February 2024.

    Mr. Venuto has been an integral part of the US Network family, serving as our Chief Operating Officer since 2009. During his tenure, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to driving the company's growth and success.

"Over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of working in the telecommunications industry, holding various executive management positions at industry leaders such as AT&T and CLECs.     Venuto's impressive track record includes achieving numerous accolades, such as MFS's President Club, Focal's President Club, Ameritech's President Club, and AT&T's President Club. He graduated from Ferris State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

  • Amber Kobelt

    Chief Financial Officer

    Amber Kobelt has been promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer at US Network. Amber's exceptional financial acumen, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to the company's success have made her the ideal candidate for this critical leadership position.

    Amber first joined US Network four years ago as a Financial and Marketing Analyst. Her ability to analyze complex financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficient processes quickly caught the attention of senior management. Over the years, Amber steadily rose through the ranks, taking on increasingly responsible roles within the finance department.

    Most recently, Amber served as the company's Vice President of Finance, where she spearheaded major initiatives to streamline financial reporting, improve cash flow management, and strengthen internal controls. Her sound financial strategies and data-driven decision-making have been instrumental in US Network's robust financial performance.

    In her new role as CFO, Amber will oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management. She will work closely with the executive team to align financial objectives with the organization's long-term growth plans. Amber's deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments will be invaluable as US Network continues to expand its market presence.

    Amber holds a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri. She resides in Central Missouri.

  • Greg Faremouth

    Chief Information Officer

    US Network is excited to announce the appointment of Greg Faremouth to the Executive Team as Chief Information Officer. In this pivotal role, Mr. Faremouth will leverage his extensive experience and leadership skills to drive our information technology strategy and enhance our operational capabilities.

    Mr. Faremouth joins us after a distinguished tenure as the Director of Information Technology within Purchasing Operations for the Michigan Department of Technology Management & Budget (DTMB), which serves as the primary procurement agency for the State of Michigan. In addition to this role, Mr. Faremouth also served as the Director of Telecommunications and Network Services for the State of Michigan. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing a diverse and complex portfolio of over 2,200 IT contracts, cumulatively valued at more than $23 billion.

    His leadership in managing such a significant portfolio underscores his expertise in strategic technology procurement and contract management. His tenure in these roles afforded him a comprehensive understanding of both telecommunications infrastructure and information technology management, enabling him to implement innovative solutions that improved efficiency and service delivery. Mr. Faremouth has actively engaged with professional organizations dedicated to public purchasing and technology. He is a valued member of the National Association of State Purchasing Officials (NASPO) and the National Association of State Technology Directors (NASTD). Notably, he chaired the State and Federal Relations Committee for NASTD, further demonstrating his commitment to fostering collaboration and best practices within the public sector.

    He continues to contribute to these organizations, sharing his insights and expertise with peers across the nation. Mr. Faremouth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Ferris State University and a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) from Central Michigan University, providing him with a solid academic foundation to support his professional endeavors.

  • Dave Trader

    Chief Information Security Officer

    Dave Trader is a distinguished cybersecurity executive with over 20 years of experience spanning military intelligence, enterprise security, and technology leadership. Currently serving as a virtual CISO (vCISO) for multiple organizations, Dave provides strategic security guidance and operational oversight to companies globally, while also serving on several boards where he shapes cybersecurity strategy and governance.

    A decorated United States Marine Corps veteran, Dave served eight years specializing in critical military security and communications during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). His military background in signals intelligence and encryption established his foundation in protecting mission-critical infrastructure and applying tactical military strategy to enterprise cybersecurity challenges.

    Dave is a graduate of the prestigious FBI CISO Academy at Quantico, VA, a selective program that has produced approximately 400 graduates since its 2015 inception. His extensive credentials include over 70 cybersecurity certifications, including CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CISM (Certified Information Security Manager). He has received numerous endorsements from the Department of Homeland Security, FBI, and NSA, reflecting his standing in the national security community.

    Throughout his career, Dave has held several prominent security leadership positions, including serving as CISO at GalaxE Solutions and as Vice President and Global Field CISO at Presidio, where he led enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and developed comprehensive security programs. His approach combines cutting-edge technical expertise with strategic military principles, creating a unique methodology for addressing emerging cyber threats.

    As a vCISO, Dave specializes in: - Building and maturing enterprise security programs - Developing board-level cybersecurity strategies - Implementing virtual Security Operations Center (vSOC) capabilities - Architecting high-security environments - Leading incident response and crisis management - Advising on cloud security and digital transformation.

    Dave holds an MBA with a specialty in Information Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. His commitment to developing future cybersecurity talent is demonstrated through his service on various advisory boards, including the University of Detroit Mercy NSA Center of Excellence Cybersecurity Advisory Board, and his role as a coach for the USAF Cyber Patriot Program.

    A results-driven leader, Dave has created an industry-standard template for successful cybersecurity programs and continues to evaluate and enhance security frameworks against evolving threats. His expertise in high-security design, incident response, SOC operations, and security architecture makes him a trusted advisor to organizations ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 20 enterprises.
