John E. Nierzwicki, President / C.E.O.

John E. Nierzwicki co-founded US Network in September of 1990. He is directly responsible for US Network’s Finance, Sales, Marketing and Business Development. John has devoted his career to building telecommunications sales teams.

 

He began his career in 1983 as an account executive for TMC Long Distance in Fort Wayne, IN. He was promoted to Sales Manager in 1984, Territorial Manager in 1985. Charter Network based in Louisville, KY acquired TMC in 1985. John became VP of Sales in 1986 and negotiated the first agency agreement for an inter-exchange carrier and Ohio Bell in 1987. Through John’s leadership US Network is consistently ranked in the TOP 5 for volume distributors in the Midwest region for the former Ohio Bell, Ameritech, SBC and current AT&T. John is also a member of the AT&T Hall of Fame.

 

John graduated with a B.A. from Indiana University in 1982 majoring in Telecommunications. His many accomplishments include member of AT&T’s National Alliance Advisory Council, Ameritech’s President Club, Ameritech Million Dollar Club, SBC President’s Club, AT&T Pinnacle Five Star and AT&T’s Summit Award. He resides in Medina, OH with his wife Mandi, and children Sadie and Luke.

 


 
Christine E. Grossman, Chief Operating Officer

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Christine plans and directs all aspects of US Network’s operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. She is responsible for the attainment of short and long term financial and operational goals. Grossman leads the overall development of USN to ensure future growth for its partners, agents and associates.

 

Christine began her professional career at Charter Network in 1988 as a Long Distance Account Executive. Within one year, Christine was promoted to a senior sales position and was ranked in the top five percent of the regional sales staff. Christine left Charter Network in 1990 to join US Network as a Senior Account Executive where she attained overwhelming sales results. Christine was recognized as Salesperson of the Year in 1990, 1991, and 1993 and from 1990 to 1995 earned Ameritech’s annual President’s Club Award.

 

Her highest sales achievement was in 1993, when she received The Master Circle Award from Ameritech, which honors the Number One Account Executive in the State of Ohio. In 1995, Christine’s efforts were awarded again with a promotion to Director of Sales. Christine managed Cleveland and Akron branch locations while continuing to sell, and as a result, was elected Manager of the Year in 1995 and 1996. Ameritech once again honored Christine’s efforts by naming her the Top Sales Manager of Ohio for 1996 through 1999.

 

In 1997, Christine was promoted to Senior Vice President and was appointed to the Ameritech Distributor Council, now AT&T, where she continues to hold a seat on the AT&T Solution Provider Council. In 2000, Christine acquired equal partnership at US Network and continues to make US Network one of the top Solution Providers nationally for AT&T. She resides in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio with her husband Jordan and children Jacob, Sydney and Sammy.

 


 
Mark A. Venuto, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Venuto joined US Network in 2009 after spending 18 years in the Telecommunications industry, where he held a number of sales management and executive management positions with CLEC’s throughout his career.

 

Mr. Venuto’s most recent position was with AT&T where he was Regional Vice President, Alternate and Specialty Channels for AT&T Midwest Business Communications Services. In his role, Mark led a team of 23 Sales Professionals who managed over 250 Solution Provider firms who sell in the AT&T Midwest territory. The sales titles in his previous organization include sales manager, channel account manager, Associate Director, Director, technical sales manager and technical sales engineer. He had overall responsibility for the channel’s performance, results, planning and support.

 

Additionally, he was responsible for the Midwest BCS business smart moves sales program and the specialty sales group, which designs and sells high-speed internet solutions for industries requiring broadband connectivity to remote automated retail outlets.

 

Prior to joining the indirect sales, Mark served as director, Winback Channel for AT&T Midwest BCS direct sales. In that role, he managed the daily sales activities of 48 sales managers and competitive account executives focused on returning former AT&T business customers to the AT&T network. Other previous AT&T responsibilities included managing a team responsible for 640 mid-market accounts.

 

Mark graduated with a B.S. from Ferris State University in 1993 majoring in Business Administration. His many accomplishments include MFS’s President Club, Focal’s President Club, Ameritech’s President Club and AT&T’s President Club. He resides in Brighton, MI. with his wife Wendy, and children Antonio and Taylor.

 


 
Mark J. Pyle, Vice President of Sales

Mark Pyle is Vice President of Sales for US Network. Mark oversees the inside and outside sales channels for the company. He is directly responsible for US Network’s revenue generation efforts as well as the day-to-day operations of the company’s sales organization. He is accountable for meeting department specific sales goals and is responsible for the recruitment and training of both the direct and indirect sales teams.

 

Before joining US Network, Mark spent 21 years in numerous telecommunication roles, including being the founder of an Indiana based telecommunications firm. This company grew out of a recognized market opportunity to assist corporations in sorting through, selecting and implementing a multitude of telecommunication service offerings.

 

His many accomplishments include member of AT&T’s Hall of Fame, SBC’s President Club along with AT&T’s President Club. Mark has completed many specialized courses in Business management from Indiana University and Indiana Vocational and Technical Institute. He resides in Fort Wayne, IN with his wife Lynn, and children Cassandre and Jordan. He will celebrate 10 years with US Network in January 2008.

 


 
Kim Esterle, Director of Sales

Kim Esterle heads up the Agent Sales Division. She is directly responsible for recruitment, training and sales support for all agent relationships.

 

Kim began her career with US Network as an Account Executive. In 1996, she was promoted to Senior Account Executive. In 1998, she was promoted to Sales Manager, where she was directly responsible for a sales team of five. In 2003, Kim was promoted to Data Manager and supported the entire US Network organization for all data applications.

 

Kim has been with US Network for nearly 15 years and specializes in data networking solutions. She has been ranked number one in sales for US Network for the last five years. In 2006, she was ranked number one in the State of Ohio among all of AT&T sales, and number four in the country. She has achieved the AT&T President’s Club Trip for eleven years in a row, and is an AT&T Hall of Fame member.

 

Kim attended The University of Akron and specialized in communications and music. She resides in Akron, OH with her husband Kevin.

 


 
Suzi Daily-Daniell, Sales Manager

Suzi Daily-Daniell is Sales Manager for the Outside Sales Division of US Network.

 

Suzi began in the telecommunications industry in October 1987. She received League MVP in 1988 for top long distance sales of the year, and the Sales in Excellence Award for 1989. Additionally, Suzi was named Region Two Account Executive of the Year in 1990, after which she joined US Network.

 

During her seventeen-year tenure with US Network, Suzi has been named to the Ameritech Presidents Club (1996, 1997, 1998 & 1999), and to the SBC Presidents Club/Summit Award from 2000 through 2006.

 

Promoted to Sales Manager in 1997, Suzi was named partner with US Network. She resides in Kent with her husband and 4 Rottwiellers.
