Required Skills:
- Experience providing Business Sales Support.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Aptitude to learn communication products and services.
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to clear a criminal background check and drug test.
- Telecommunications experience a plus.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Full-time employment, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by specific deadlines.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Create relationships for continued sales opportunities.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- One year sales experience, preferably telesales.
- College degree preferred.
- Reliability and excellent work ethic.
- Self-starter with the drive to exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
